About
Bass Commander of North American label, @SeminalSounds.
Biography
Constantly on the cutting edge of fresh sounds for our ears, Echtoo is impressive on many fronts. From being the brains of the Mechanix operation for many years, to running an underground record label, to producing/mixing/mastering lots of great music, to being a top-notch selector, Tony can really do it all. He'll even teach you how to make a spreadsheet for event planning if you ask really nicely because he is probably the most organized and responsible person in our rave scene, but he also has a goofy side. His label, Seminal Sounds, is exactly what the name would suggest; releasing music that is immaculate and a bit ahead of its time, which influences the direction that electronic music is heading. Someone has to take these risks, and SMNL does it well, boasting artists like Nautical Divine, Todd Buchler, robbyt, Dj Scam, Northern Barrier, BMA, Alpinist, and more.
