About
DJ, producer, label owner and primary school teacher. Is there anything Gifta doesn’t do? A true powerhouse both on and off the decks, she’s known for her dynamic energy and innovative approach to Drum & Bass. Inspired by the underground, her production fuses rolling drum patterns with minimal jump-up influences while her DJ sets are described as unapologetic and relentless. Few can match the fire she brings her style, selection and passion. She also founded Phase Records DNB, a label celebrated for pushing the values of Drum & Bass and dedicated to championing the sounds she loves. Phase is recognised as a vibrant hub for fresh, boundary-pushing music and is a home not just for her core artists but also for established names. Her work is not just for her own imprint. Her tunes can also be found on the likes of DeVice, Tres-2b and Trust Audio and frequently collaborates with Hopsital Records and Overview. With endless drive and an unmistakable presence, Gifta is carving out her place as a formidable force in the global D&B scene. Bookings: clara@mbartists.co.uk
