[EN] Sayko & Afterlife aka Razcals are an ambitious duo of DJs from Brno. Sayko is a true legend among Czech Drum & Bass DJs, one of the longest playing CZ dnb DJs, a remixer and a music producer. Afterlife (formerly known as Yardel) is a DJ from Brno’s Pohon crew. More than that, Afterlife is a talented producer, who tirelessly works on his already unique dark and heavy sound. The combination of Sayko’s experience and Afterlife’s production talent brings a refreshing new view on the current Drum & Bass scene. Razcals themselves call their music “Neurotech”, which could be best described as a blend of techstep with a little bit of neurofunk, amen break and heavy rolling bass. Simply put, in today’s climate of overtly digital neurofunk tracks this duo creates genuine music with soul. Razcals have already managed to secure a couple of official releases on labels like Deafmuted rec.,Close 2 Death Rec., Brain network rec., Sunside rec., Darktide rec., Blast Furnace rec.
